Venue

Meeting space and lodging will be provided at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa, which is set on 80 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Arizona landscape Each McKnight Brain Institute (MBI) has an allocation of 20 attendees, whose travel is supported by the MBRF. Additional attendees (and rooms) will be the financial responsibility of each institute. We have already provided the attendance list to the conference organizing committee.

Hotel reservations must be confirmed directly with the hotel via a special event link. Hotel rooms for Wednesday and Thursday night (April 8-9) will be paid for directly by the McKnight Brain Research Foundation. Incidentals will be charged individual credit cards provided at hotel registration and check-in. Graduate student and postdoctoral trainees should plan on shared lodging – rooms with 2 queen beds are available). Confirmed hotel reservations will be cross-checked with the attendance list.
